Our 116 year old third generation law firm is seeking an estate paralegal.
Knowledge of real estate closings helpful.
Lackner experience a plus.
Will train qualified candidates.
Duties include:
Working independently in the preparation of estate planning documents and estate documents.
Data entry into Lackner estate administration software for preparation of inheritance tax returns, Inventory, Accounting, probate documents and other estate documents.
Assisting with phone answering and clients, setting appointments, and other general office duties.
Filing documents at the Courthouse and Courthouse annex.
Health insurance, paid vacation, sick days, paid holidays.
Onsite employee parking.
35 hour work week, Monday through Friday.
