Responsibilities:
Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse Conduct and Coordinate the development and completion and the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current regulations and guidelines Must be experienced in PDPM, MDS coding, insurance updates, care planning Assist in completion of patient discharge Auditing the resident assessment (MDS) and care plan for completeness and accuracy.
Develop, implement and maintain a quality assurance program resident care plan.
