This position is for a Surgical or Perio Dental Assistant who will also have admin responsibilities.
The right candidate must be motivated with a positive attitude and a good deal of emotional maturity, a great independent worker, adaptable, well organized and reliable.
This is a full-time position (choice of 32-40 hours) in Stroudsburg.
Must have Dental Assisting experience with implants or oral surgery.
Must also have administrative skills.
History or knowledge of treatment planning and patient consulting are preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating effectively and compassionately with patients Working alongside other medical professionals Assisting the doctor in procedures Maintain and order inventory for office and most importantly implants Charting and documentation Microsoft Office experience and basic Computer Savviness Patient care management and treatment planning Scheduling (Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental a huge plus) A willingness to learn and adapt Please only apply if you have dental experience and possess these skills or values as integrity is one of our core values.
