Responsibili es:
Sales ? Build repair es mates based on technician's recommenda ons ? Present op ons to the customer, overcoming objec ons as needed ? Price jobs correctly and limit discoun ng to hit gross margins goals ? A ain weekly, monthly and yearly targets ? Ensure technicians are following all inspec on & safety procedures ? Keep shop payroll within company budget ? Do whatever it takes to say yes to every customer Opera ons ? Bay management ? Sourcing required parts for repair orders ? Ensure the image of the staff, interior & exterior meet company standard ? Accounts receivable and payable ? Inventory management ? Staffing & schedule management ? Enforcing company policy and guidelines ? Managing technician training and development Benefits :
