- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Operate cash register and process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers - Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is a plus - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Ability to conduct product demos to engage customers - Proven track record of achieving sales targets or goals - Bilingual in Spanish is an asset We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
