You are the communication bridge between our service team and the customer.
You lead the complicated process of assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions, verifying coverage, preparing estimates, and verifying completion of repairs and maintenance.
You ensure that our work meets the customers' expectations, while obtaining necessary authorizations and approvals from insurance carriers, factory and aftermarket warranties.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
