Automotive Sales Manager

A prominent Auto Dealership is looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Manager to our team. Candidates must have prior Sales Manager experience. This position demands a high-energy professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufactures
Be proficient with inventory management
Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options
Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels
Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable
Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals

Qualifications:
Proven track record of achieving goals
Strong attention to details and the ability to work in a process driven environment
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to manage and lead people
Excellent organizational skills
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
