Description:
Individual must be knowledgeable in:
? General Knowledge of Refrigeration repair
? General Knowledge of HVAC repair
? General Knowledge of restaurant equipment repair
? Have general knowledge of carpentry, electrical systems, and building maintenance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
? Perform preventative maintenance., trouble shooting, and repair of various restaurant equipment.
? Must possess organizational, written and verbal skills and be able to communicate with management on repair schedules, completed work records, equipment condition, parts cost and needed inventory.
Requirements:
? Valid driver?s license, good driving record.
? Willing to travel to different store locations.
? Reliable transportation, mileage reimbursed (truck or van preferred)
? 1 years? experience in the above-mentioned equipment or similar equipment.
? Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, crawl and be agile enough to get to equipment to repair. Willing to work in occasional high temperatures while repairing equipment.
? Ability and willingness to respond to emergency as needed( 24 hours)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
